Newcastle 3-0 Wolves
Tonight at 3:30 AM, our team will take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at home in the 21st round of the Premier League. I’m feeling confident about this one!
Newcastle is flying high this season, sitting 5th in the league with 35 points from 20 games, just a point away from breaking into the top four. The team has been on fire, with five consecutive wins in the league. Alexander Isak has been sensational, scoring in the last seven Premier League matches. If he finds the net tonight, he’ll equal the record of scoring in eight consecutive games—a feat I’d love to see him achieve.
That said, injuries are something we have to overcome. Key players like Harvey Barnes, Joe Willock, and Emil Krafth are out, and we’ll miss Nick Pope and Jamaal Lascelles in defense. Still, I trust Eddie Howe to manage the squad and keep our momentum going.
As for Wolves, they’re struggling this season, sitting 17th in the league and level on points with the relegation zone. Their defense has been shaky, conceding 45 goals in 20 matches. They lost 0-3 to Nottingham Forest in their last match, even with 60% possession. While Matheus Cunha is back for them and could be a threat, I believe our defense can handle him.
Historically, we’ve had the edge over Wolves, with 3 wins and 1 draw in our last 4 meetings. With our current form and the home crowd behind us, I’m confident we’ll take all three points.
Let’s make it six in a row, lads! Come on!
Well, we got Isak! Lucky win, nice to see lads get more improve!
